1. PEEK has excellent mechanical strength, thermal expansion coefficient comparable to metals,also with high temperature resistance, long-term use temperature up to 240℃.

2. PEEK has excellent hydrolysis resistance, especially hot water resistance,can be work under 300℃ pressurized hot water and steam, hydrolysis resistance better than PI.

3. PEEK has excellent fatigue resistance, better than PI, PES and PA.

4. PEEK has excellent radiation resistance, better than Polystyrene and PTFE.

5. PEEK has high thermal decomposition temperature, good melt fluidity, suitable for various molding methods like extrusion, injection, spraying and mould pressing.

6. PEEK has excellent electrical insulating property.

7. PEEK has excellent corrosion resistance, only dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid.
